There comes a point when the body can no longer carry everything on its own.
Not necessarily because something is “wrong” with us —
but because over time, the system has been living with:
stress,
inner unrest,
adaptation,
constant alertness,
and too much noise.
Many people learn early to ignore their bodies.
To keep pushing.
To explain away the signals.
To adapt to their surroundings even when the nervous system is saying stop.
But the body does not forget.
“The body knows long before the mind understands.”

The body stores:
rhythms,
reactions,
tension,
fear,
survival,
and everything that never fully had a chance to settle.
Some experience it as:
exhaustion,
an inner trembling,
restlessness,
emptiness,
overstimulation,
or the feeling of never being able to fully rest.
Others feel it in:
the back,
the stomach,
the breath,
their sleep,
or the need to withdraw from the world for a while to find calm again.
This space is not about perfection.
And it is not about “fixing” yourself.
It is about understanding.
About how:
the body,
the nervous system,
our emotions,
and our surroundings
are constantly affecting one another.
Because sometimes, the body is not the problem.
Sometimes, it is simply trying to tell the truth before the mind is able to understand it. 🌿💜
