🌿 The Tree and the Systems

Some are visible.
Others exist beneath the surface —
in how we think, react, and live.

Many of these systems have deep roots.

They may once have served a purpose.
They created structure. Direction. Survival.

But not everything that once worked
is meant to be carried forward.

When roots no longer provide nourishment,
something within us begins to respond.

Not always as clear thoughts.
But as a feeling.

A restlessness.
A heaviness.
A sense of being stuck.

It does not always mean something is wrong.

Perhaps it means
something is ready to grow beyond it.

ECO is not about removing the roots.

But about seeing them.

Understanding what they have been.
And not letting them define everything that comes next.

Because a tree does not stop at its roots.

It grows.

Its branches extend outward.
Toward light.
Toward space.
Toward something not yet fully formed.

At the center of this is the human.

Not as a fixed part of the system.
But as the one who can move through it.

Creating something new
is not about rejecting the past.

But about allowing
what wants to grow next.
