We often think

Do we tell the truth
even when it is difficult?

Do we choose respect
when no one requires us to?

But through small actions.

Every time we act
in alignment with what we know is right,

we build trust.

Not only with others.

But with ourselves.

And perhaps that is
the most important form
of integrity.
