This course explores identity and boundaries through the lens of safety and inner structure.

It looks at:

how inner polarities (feminine and masculine) shape reactions

how authority and structure are formed internally

how over-functioning or withdrawal develop as strategies

how loyalty to past patterns can override present choice

The work is not about changing personality.
It is about understanding the nervous system’s role in how you relate to yourself and others.

The focus is not on becoming stronger.
It is on restoring coherence where safety has been lost.
